At India Parenting Forum (IPF), we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all parents. To ensure this, we strictly prohibit the use of abusive language, threats, or any kind of disrespectful communication on the platform.

⛔️ What Counts as Abusive or Inappropriate Behavior?

The following are not allowed on IPF — in chat, product listings, comments, or profile descriptions:

  • Use of insults, slurs, or offensive language toward another user
  • Threatening, harassing, or intimidating someone
  • Sexist, racist, casteist, or discriminatory remarks of any kind
  • Mocking, belittling, or shaming another parent
  • Sending repeated unwanted messages or spamming
  • Any behavior that goes against IPF’s mission of building a respectful, parenting-first community

⚠️ What Happens If Someone Violates This?

If you break these guidelines, IPF may take the following actions — depending on the severity:

  • Mild (e.g., accidental rudeness)-Friendly warning
  • Repeated abuse-Temporary account suspension (7–30 days)
  • Severe abuse or threats-Permanent account ban + loss of access

🚨 How to Report Abuse?

If someone behaves inappropriately with you:

  • Go to the chat or user profile
  • Tap the Report option and share the reason
  • Our moderation team will review and take action within 24–48 hours

👮‍♀️ Does IPF Monitor Chats?

If someone behaves inappropriately with you:

  • IPF uses automated tools to detect spam, abuse, and risky behavior
  • In case of a report, our moderation team may review the conversation to understand what happened
  • We value your privacy, and messages are only reviewed when flagged
